Fair Media International AB
is the largest and most successful organizer of property exhibitions in the Nordic countries with offices in Sweden and Spain.

The property exhibition BUYING PROPERTIES ABROAD attracts more satisfied exhibitors and visitors every year. During the year of 2007 we arranged 10 fairs in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmoe, Oslo and Helsinki. As from year of 2008 we nowadays got an exhibition on Iceland.

The exhibitions are yearly visited by 50.000 people with an interest of buying some kind of property abroad.

Fair Media International AB works with different kinds of merchandising, and besides the property exhibitions the company is also yearly publishing a supplement in Svenska Dagbladet in September-October about Spain called “Spanienbilagan”. It was published the 23rd of September last year for the 11th time.

The selling of properties abroad is now bigger than ever in the Nordic countries.

More than 20% of the part of the population who is the age of 55 and over has got a big interest of properties abroad. Our property exhibitions are the most effective way to get in touch with this big market.

This is how it started...

Sven Källström and Björn Simonsson started the company Spain Media in 2003 and organised their first exhibition in the World Trade Centre, WTC, in Stockholm in October 2003 with 14 exhibitors which attracted 1.500 visitors.

The company expanded into Norway the following year, where they organised a fair in Oslo, " Viva Espana" with 1.000 visitors. A decision was then made to invite exhibtors selling properties on the international market to the exhibitions in Stockholm and Oslo, hence also the name change of the company, to Fair Media International AB.
